Eligibility

Select the condition under which you are applying for Permanent Residence.

3 Years of Continuous Temporary Residence or Unified Permit I have held an approved temporary residence or unified permit continuously for at least 3 years

3 Years Based on Granted Asylum I have been residing in Serbia for more than 3 years on the basis of granted asylum

Special Case — Minor I am a minor and one of my parents is a Serbian citizen or a foreign national with permanent residence in Serbia

Special Case — Interest of the Republic of Serbia My stay represents a recognized interest for the Republic of Serbia

ℹ️ The application must be submitted no earlier than 60 days before and no later than the expiry date of your current permit. If submitted on time, you may remain in Serbia legally until a decision is made.
