1. About SerbiAssist
SerbiAssist is an administrative services company based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, providing assistance to foreign nationals with company registration, visa and residence permit applications, bank account opening, electronic certificate procurement and related administrative services in Serbia.
By using our website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
2.1 Nature of Services
SerbiAssist provides administrative facilitation and document preparation services. We act as an intermediary and authorised representative (punomoćnik) in dealings with Serbian government authorities, banks and other institutions. Our services include:
- Company registration (LLC and Sole Proprietorship) with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR)
- D Visa application preparation and submission
- Unified Residence and Work Permit applications
- Temporary and Permanent Residence applications
- Bank account opening facilitation
- Qualified electronic certificate procurement
- Virtual office address provision
- Other administrative services as described on our website
2.2 No Legal Advice
SerbiAssist is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information provided on our website and through our services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal counsel. For complex legal matters, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney in Serbia.
2.3 Service Limitations
The outcome of any application submitted to a government authority depends solely on the decision of that authority. SerbiAssist cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, registration or other application. Our obligation is to prepare and submit complete and accurate documentation based on the information you provide.
3. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation as requested
- Notify us promptly of any changes to the information you have provided
- Respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner
- Pay the agreed service fee in full before or at the time specified in our service agreement
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
SerbiAssist bears no responsibility for delays, rejections or other adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Service Fees
Our fees are as stated on our website at the time of your order. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR). Serbian VAT (PDV) applies where required by law.
4.2 Government and Third-Party Charges
Where our service description states that government charges are included, this refers to standard administrative fees charged by Serbian government authorities at the time of service provision. Any extraordinary or additional charges imposed by authorities after service commencement will be communicated to you in advance.
4.3 Translation Costs
Where certified translation of documents is required, this will be arranged on your behalf and billed separately at cost. You will be notified before any translation costs are incurred.
4.4 Refund Policy
Once we have commenced preparation of your application or submission to an authority, the service fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the inability to proceed is solely attributable to SerbiAssist. If a government authority rejects your application, the service fee is non-refundable as our obligation to prepare and submit the application has been fulfilled.
5. Turnaround Times
We will respond to your service request within 24 hours of receipt. Processing times for government applications depend on the relevant authority and are outside our control. We will keep you informed of the status of your application throughout the process.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party except as necessary to provide the requested service or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the SerbiAssist website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of SerbiAssist and is protected under applicable Serbian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Serbian law, SerbiAssist's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of the service fee paid for the specific service in question.
SerbiAssist is not liable for:
- Decisions made by Serbian government authorities regarding your application
- Delays caused by government processing times
- Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Indirect, consequential or incidental losses
- Changes in Serbian law or government policy that affect the outcome of your application
9. Force Majeure
SerbiAssist is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, changes in law, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or disruptions to electronic communications.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
We encourage clients to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date of the latest revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
